  • JJ Lyphout earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation and specializes in helping clients navigate the transition from asset accumulation during their working years to decumulation in retirement. He works with individuals, families, and business owners to help build strong financial foundations, create secure and sustainable income strategies for every stage of retirement, and help mitigate risks that could threaten long-term plans.

     

    JJ earned two degrees from the University of Notre Dame and began his career developing a deep understanding of operational excellence while working with three industry-leading companies.

     

    Beyond his professional work, JJ is committed to serving his community. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the Coppell Chamber of Commerce and currently sits on the board of It’s a Sensory World, a school dedicated to supporting children with special needs.

  • Anna Kate Sundvold graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Christian University in 2023. During her time at TCU, she was a dedicated member of the Showgirls Dance Team. She began her career in financial services in 2023 with Bluecrest Financial Alliances, where she developed experience by supporting advisors with their comprehensive financial planning strategies, including cash flow and liability management, investment planning, tax planning, and risk management.

    In 2026, Anna Kate joined SmithConway, where she works with individuals and families to help develop personalized financial strategies, build strong financial foundations, and implement disciplined, long-term solutions.

    She is securities registered with FINRA-Series 7, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations, and earned the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP) designation.

    Anna Kate is committed to ongoing education and providing thoughtful, client-focused guidance. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, dancing, and staying connected with friends and family in Missouri.

  • The goal of financial services is to provide security for the future through knowledge, dedication, and creating an environment capable of establishing a firm foundation for the financial future. Adrienne started her practice in 1999. Her years of experience and extensive education enable her to provide personalized strategies for individuals and businesses.

    After completing her BS in Business Administration at The University of Southern Mississippi, Adrienne received her MBA in Finance from The University of North Texas. She continued her education by attaining her CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation and Certified Financial Planner® professional certification. She enjoys teaching others about insurance and financial planning, and has been a guest speaker at many local and national conferences.

    Adrienne is active in the financial industry--she is the past president of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), and she is still serving on the board. She is a current member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Financial Planning Association. She has received numerous awards for quality of service to clients and the industry.

    With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lisa Rapfogel- Ostroff has tailored her business to the needs and development of small business owners. She received her BS in Human Ecology from University of Texas at Austin and completed the Certificate Program in Financial Planning from Southern Methodist University.

    Lisa's licensing includes life, health, disability income and long-term care. She also holds a FINRA Series 7 Registration for General Securities, Series 6, and Series 63. Lisa is a member of Financial Planning Association of Dallas/Ft. Worth and currently is a professor for the Southern Methodist University Certificate Program in Financial Planning. She is also a sustainer member of Junior League of Dallas, Temple Emanu-El, and a Life Member of Texas Exes.
